Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details (where available).


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to courier-related delays.


Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Any applicable shipping charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be displayed during checkout.


Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
